Mr Price Store (Pavillion) - Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a phone from The Pavillion store however it was only MTN locked and the person who helped did not even mention this. I had called the store to explain and the lady who answered was extremely rude when saying they cannot do anything. Yes I would understand if they cannot change it but being so rude is unacceptable. The service is horrible, will never purchase anything from this store again.
