Mr Price stop robbing people

I open account with Mr Price i was told it's free to open after that I got statement which shows how much I owe them i went to there store at Mr Price Mall of The North the manager told me he can only cancel the lost protection card insurance which i was not told about wen I open the card . I paid the amount that they say I owe and tell them to close that account on the 17/11/2018 I got statement which shows that I owe them how because I never used that card I fill in the form at Mr Price Polokwane schoeman asking them to close my account
