Mr. Price stole my money.

Mr. Price in Paarl Mall stole my money and now I must go back to the store to collect it. This is unacceptable. I logged the complaint with Berlin and spoke to Lungile, that resolved my call, without a satisfactory solution. I requested to have this escalated and I wanted to speak to his Team leader. My request was denied and the conversation was closed. How can Mr. Price ***** from their clients and then request them to go back to the store to collect it? I would like a call, to resolve and have the money YOU STOLE delivered back to me.

Please provide me with a solution and when I can expect a call.
