Mr Price Stole from me by forcing me to pay money I did not owe them

A few months ago I closed my account at Mr Price in Irene Mall Centurion. I signed a closure document and broke my card up in the presence of the Mr Price Staff. I even asked them is there anything I can keep as evidence that my account has been closed and the lady told me no there is not. I only received the slip to say my last balance was paid. She also said I should not worry the process of account closure won't fail. She assured me the account is closed after I spend about 30 minutes in the store.

A few months later I received a call from Mr Price saying I have not been paying my account. I explained to the phone consultant that I closed my account a few months before, she continued to interigate me as if she did not believe me. I told her that I was very unhappy and requested to speak with one of ther superiors because I don't want to be forced to pay money I do not owe. She got irriated and the phone call was ended without any resolution.

After that I went to the Irene Mr Price Home and tried to resolve the problem AGAIN. They said they I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN AND CLOSE AGAIN. That is ******* if I am not mistaken, forcing clients to pay money they do not owe. Once again I received a receipt for the balance that was paid and I never received any docutments as evidence that I closed my account for the SECOND TIME. Once again I signed a few papers and the account was closed again.

Guess what I received a statement again via email after the second closure stating that I owe them money. I went back to Mr Price Home and explained to them that this is unacceptable!!!! They told me they cannot help me during weekends in order to resolve the issue and that I have to come in during the week days. Which I explained is very difficult since I am employed full time and I am also a part time student I don't even get time to go to Spar during the week. ONCE AGAIN I HAD TO PAY THE BALANCE. This was the second time I had to pay them money which I did not owe them.

I want my account closed and I want the money back (all the money I was forced to pay after the first closure).
