Mr Price still refuses to close my account after all the emails and phone calls since 07-04-2022 till date.
Good day and one month later and account still not closed. Since 07-04-2022 I've been at the Kolonade Mr Price Branch till date the Mr Price account is still not closed. after all the emails and phone calls its becoming a joke now, and after I've receive an email from Deenashni Maharaj from customer support on 25 May 2022 and the time stamp on email 4.06pm that confirm that the account is now closed...How many times do I have to phone your accounts department and email Mr Price Group to confirm that this account is now closed????I think after all the inconveniences that's caused from the Mr Price Group its time to start with legal action and sue the Mr Price Group...

21 Aug 2022, 12:57No I'm done waiting for your MR Price group to sort this problem that's been going on since 07-04-2022 till date. A business like the Mr Price Group taking advantage of a old pensioner like me should not be allowed to do any business at all....your accounts department is useless and till date none of your personnel at your Mr Price group can't do a simple job by closing this account after all the phone calls and emails...I demand that this problem will be resolved by the end of tomorrow that dates Monday 22 August 2022...thanks and good bye...
