Mr Price Stellenbosch worst service ever

I put aside an item on Sunday, arranged with the assistant Wesley to pick it up on Wednesday. He wrote my name, contact nr and the date of collection on the note. When I returned to Mr Price on Wednesday, the supervisor told me there was no note on the item and it was put back on the shelf. No apology, I rather got a bad attitude from her. I am more upset about her attitude than the item being sold. I would at least expected from her to look if any other shops have the item in my size or at the very least a apology.
