ACS Debt collectors on behalf of Mr Price is beyond useless. I have requested that my Sheet street account be closed in MARCH already, but they have, as of yet, not been able to supply the banking details for a random R300 that is now again owing on the account! After I've spoken to several call agents, Carissa and Kastura, both who gave me an email address that simply gives me an automated reply over and over! Mr. Price Group are *********, adding extra costs to an account that should have been closed in MARCH already. Just send me the freaking BANKING DETAILS
