Mr Price *****s money from customers

Mr Price are *******. I placed an order on the 4th of June on their app and money was deducted from my account, however the order didn’t process. I called them multiple times, sent proof of payment & I was told it takes 48 hrs for issues like this to be escalated. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them regarding my order, refund or voucher!!! This is disgusting and shocking!!!
