Mr Price *****ing my money

I am trying to cancel this ******* company’s account which has activated a funeral policy in my name and debited my account although I did not give final optin (as per their own company policy). Yet they continuously debit my account putting me in arrears. I keep trying to close their account and I keep getting the run around. Is there a way to get companies like this referred to the consumer commission.
