Mr Price *****ing Money and Goods

I have placed an online order with Mr Price Home on 27 October. The parcel was shipped but never arrived at the store for delivery. I have place two inquiries with the company. Reference numbers 436587 (9th November) and 437159 (13 November). Up until today I have not received any correspondence from them. It feels like the company is *****ing my money and goods. I'm also still waiting for an Mr Price Apparel package to be delivered that the store for delivery had to change. No service at all. On their website it says delivery happens in 5 - 7 working days I'm at 14 days and counting....
