Mr Price Staff's Broken Promises

Today I was deeply disappointed by a worker at Mr Price Adderley Street. Yesterday I spend over 30 mins in the store browsing and fitting on a few outfits and found two items I liked and head off to the till to pay only to find out I forgot my card at home so I asked the lady to hold the items until the following day and she agreed and I wrote down all my information as well. Now today I come back with my card and go straight to the lady that told me she will keep my goods and she says without no apology or remorse that the store does not hold items anymore due to stock taking. I was so angry and upset because she could of have the decency to call me because she had my contact details and then I would have come earlier or go to a more convenient store closer to my home. I never had a problem with Mr Price but this is unacceptable customer service
