Mr. Price staff member forcing me to take a faulty cellphone!!

Early this week I bought a phone at Mr. Price (Musgrave) Huawei Y5 Lite. When I got at home the phone was dysfunctional for my liking, it freezes a lot, switches itself off, sometimes presses itself. I woke today (Nov 1) to report the matter at Mr. Price (Umlazi Mega City), when I got there I was rudely assisted by Ntombenhle. The way she removed the pouch on the phone was forceful and aggressive, she was sleepy/tired but I let it slide because it's a Sunday and maybe she's tired and had been working the whole week I assumed. I explained the challenges I'm encountering with the phone and I said with all that I've declared I came to return the phone and buy a new one - her answer was "ngeke siyithathe" without further explanation and said "weeeee you didn't even buy it here" talking alone. She said I need to show her when the phone switches itself off which was not logical to my understanding (what if it switches off at night?) she said she won't take it, well, from there I told her to say everything according to the law of SA (NCA) or the T&C of Mr. Price only. She took my slip, read it for a few minutes, and said I can't the part that says the phone cannot be brought back.

She went on to call the manager who came and explained to me that I need to take the phone to Mr. Price Musgrave.

My point here is that this is not the first I encounter a very rude staff member at Mr. Price, this staff member was rude, highly unprofessional, and disrespectful with no remorse. There was no explanation whatsoever she just said "you can't wake up and feel like bringing back the phone just because you feel like it" whereas I have explained thoroughly the problems I'm facing with a phone that is supposed to be new. Ow, by the way, she was shouting at me I shouted back and there was a commotion.
