Mr Price staff de*****ing our accounts

I no longer know what to say about Mr. Price's staff. I paid off my account on November 2nd, and to my surprise, I received a statement indicating that I had made a purchase of the full credit remaining on my account. The same thing happened this year, last year, 2023, and 2021. I even have reviews here on Hello Peter complaining about this. It is evident that whoever is doing this is someone inside, because Mr. Price requires your ID document to make a purchase. I am tired of going up and down collecting affidavits, and Mr Price should sort this out and close this ******* account
