Mr Price staff cohesing with *****sters

I have since reported ***** on my store account last year December, which was actually the third time within the year 2025. A month later I'm still not assisting. I have reported that this is having a negative impact on my credit record as I will not be paying for something I did not use. Mr Price is failing to protect its customers against their staff members who cohes with these *****sters. Every Mr Price I go to always requests for my ID whenever I make a purchase and till this day Mr Price is not saying anything about my account which had a zero balance and was maxed out and no SMS was sent to me to alert me of the purchase and no explanation on how the purchase was made without an identification document. The credit keeps accumulating interest. Can someone from head office please take us seriously and ensure that this is resolved immediately
