Mr price Springs mall bad service

Mr price in springs mall I will never shop at again. My experience with them was very bad, I bought some stuff there and only wore it once and the manager had a problem with it, I have phone customer service and they said I must take it back. The manager was rude and I am not going to let it go as it is alot of money that I have spent for the item. I was given an exchange for the exact item that I took back, the item after once worn broke completely. The service there is very bad, would not recommend anyone to shop there
