Mr price south Dale terrible service

On the 22 March 2020 I went to the South Dale mall store to settle and close my account. A closure form was completed. However I am still receiving statements with a owing balance of R00. 50. Every month. I went back to the branch after a month and was advised to call the customer service line the following day, they were not willing to assist. I contacted contact centre just to wait for long holding time until I dropped. I need this account to be closed and please send a closure confirmation letter.
