Mr Price Soshanguve Crossing Horribel Expriance

I was at Mr Price Soshanguve Crossing on Sunday the 08th of September 2019. Had a Horrible experience while trying to buy jeans for my wife. We found Jeans with a Red Tag(R120) on them and ask one of the packers if the price on the Red Tag is correct and she confirmed. When we got to the pay point the teller could not scan the Tag. She Proceeded to remove the Tag to scan the original Tag. The original Tag scanned R199. Requested the Teller to check with the packer who told us the Price on the Red TAG was correct. We were told that the packer is on Lunch. We requested to speak to a manager who was not helpful but insinuated that we placed the Reg on The Jeans. We explained that the Teller is the one who removed the TAG to scan the original barcode. But she insisted that we are the once who place the TAG and why was the TAG removed and re-pasted. She would not accept that Teller is the one who remove the TAG and Re-pasted. She was rude and also "You are not going to get the Jeans at that Price. You can call HQ if you want." We were made to look like ***** if front if our kids. I could not believe the arrogance of the Manager who does not what to listen to us and her Teller. She does not deserve to be a Manager.
