Mr Price Somerset west worst customer service

Goodday

I purchased a router at Mr price Somerset west. The Router is advertised for R249 but scanned 499.

The cashier said I must pay in R191 as there were insufficient credit on my account for my purchase. .I then asked the friendly lady who assist what is the rigth price as it shows 249.

She said it's R249.

I asked for the store manager and she just came with an attitude and said give it for R249 and left.

I asked for my money back of R191 which I payed in and I receive no response from the cashier as well as the supervisor.

This is the worst service I have ever had. A manager that just walks away and A supervisor that just ignores the customer
