Mr Price Somerset West - horrible customer service

I returned items to Mr Price Somerset West and dealt with the assistant store manager Liezel. She was really irritated with me. Not sure if she was having a bad day. Firstly, because her till was problematic and then because of the items I was returning etc. I apologised to her for bringing the items back because I felt like I did something wrong. Might I add that I had a slip and the items had tags on it. She ended up telling a staff member to stand at her till because if money goes missing then nobody is blaming her. I work in a service environment and would never treat people like that. She needs training on how to treat customers. I will never go back to that store. She's a miserable woman....
