Mr price skycity garbage store

Went into the store today to purchase some items and went to pay at the counter where they use a contactless machine and this lady was just having multiple issues and was all over the place as if she didn't know what she was doing, thereafter she processed my transaction and an error occurred, she tried again for the second time the amount reserved on my account and didn't show on their end and she stated that the amount will reverse manually however the amount is still reserved for the store and she was very confident in saying the amount will refund and that I must give it 24 hours even though I ask her how they calculate 24 hours as it's a long weekend she still can't even give a straight answer, I am really ****ed with Mr price sky city at the moment and will surely never be visiting this store ever again, I need my money back as I never got what I paid for which is utter nonsense and she seemed to not even know the process for the store she works for even as she was confused and all over the place, I want this nonsense sorted out.
