Mr Price sim card under false pretenses

I got a call from a lady who said she is working for Mr price,she told me i have been selected to receive a sim card because i have been paying my account well, i told her i do not want the sim card and i was not interested she assured me that she was just doing her job and the sim cards have to be delivered to the customers even if i do not use it or activate it, finaly gave her my address they delivered the sim card then i get an email that said R100/12 months subscription, i need this cancelled and sorted out please,noone is responding to my mails and calls and also at the store they will call a number that puts me on hold for hours yet my account is now being charged close to R200 for something i do not understand what it is
