Mr price should just cancel their online shopping it's not convenient

Mr price has the worst service ever,Online purchasing was introduced for convenience,but with Mr price it's not like that,I ordered a cellphone online on the 24th of November,till date I haven't received my order not feedback,I contacted them via WhatsApp,The agents weren't helpful they just gave ram couriers contacts instead of tracking my delivery and making sure it's delivered to me..Requested to speak to a team leader they just told me I will be contacted back till now no call from team leader and no feedback.
