Mr Price - SHOCKING CLIENT SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!

Mr Price Online's service levels; and that of the appointed Courier; have deteriorated significantly. To the point that I am still waiting for an order placed on 23 Nov - and they have my R1200 no less - has to date not been delivered. This despite NUMEROUS queries via the Whatsapp line - with the same standard response - the Order is out for delivery and the Driver will call you. The last straw was complaining via their website; to receive a mail today advising that despite numerous attempts (I have had NO calls) by the Courier to contact me they have not been able to; that the Order has now been returned to the warehouse and I will be receiving a refund. Sadly the order was for the children of my staff - and I now have NOT time to shop and these children will now not be receiving Xmas presents courtesy of Mr Price!! which i have told them....
