Mr price service is rubish

Skycity mall Mr price This store has never refunded my money till today even after going to their store multiple times and providing statements they are doing nothing and are taking me for an idiot that I must keep going to them and the managers who are very much incompitent with no standard process and have no idea what they doing, they will ask me millions of questions but can see the proof, im really irritated and ****ed at their service they truly disgust me and make me hate Mr Price as a store as a whole.
