Mr Price service is disgusting! A useless and unprofessional company!Busted phone and no one knows what they are doing!

After 1hr and 45 mins of being on the phone and shoved around to every department I was eventually told to phone MTN and to go to the nearest Mr Price store so the phone can be "checked" when I told the agent I want it collected and a new phone Attached! Attached are the following emails I have sent your company: Good day,

I have a brand new, out of 5he box Mobicel that arrived 2 days ago. This thing hasn't had network once, even when I tried another MTN similar. Mobicel said I must contact Mr Price. I have a disability and work all day.

I want this phone collected and a working phone sent as a replacement. I don't have time for shenanigans of repairs and *******- this is a brand new phone.

Kindly contact me on *** immediately to arrange collection date and time, and when you will send me the actual working phone.

I have spent my R29 for the week being shifted from Mr Price cell dept, then to accounts department, then the online department and then the same ****ing cycle all over again! Come collect this ****ing phone and give a brand new working one! People don't have time to pass about with your calls centre's fumbling about shifting me from pillar to post to every other department!!!

Fetch the flipping phone and give me a brand new working one! I have a disability and cannot go stand at the stores for hours and I need the phone for my mother's emergencies!!!!
