Mr price service is disgusting.

Extremely upset with Mr Price.

I have a Mr Price account for less than a year and I'm already having issues with them. I've paid through their app on the 8th of April and now on the 24 of April,it is still not reflecting. I've emailed one of the agents regarding this and I'm not getting any valuable feedback. I've sent a screen shot of my bank statement and still they have not corrected it on their side. I receive calls to pay my monthly installment but they do not want to correct the issue. This is not the first time this has happened. Previously I had the same issue but that was resolved quickly. This issue is not getting resolved at all. I would not recommend that anyone opens an account with them as their is truly no customer service when it comes to the agents. I've complained in a previous email that I will gladly pay the balance of my account and close it once they sort out the payment I already made.
