Mr Price **** service

Completely frustrated at the service I have received from Mrp. I had ordered 2 maternity bras and 2 maternity vests which equals to 4 products in total last year 2022 before I was expected to deliver my baby. My account has been billed for 4 items when I have received 3,i have been refunded for the one item however the rest of the items sent to me where not the sizes I have ordered.

I cannot return them in store as they are mrp baby products and mrp is yet to respond to me about picking up the products from me because as per the consumer act they had sent me the incorrect sizings so its on them to fetch the products from me because I can't understand how I should be paying for something that was incorrect from their part.

Also I have tried to contact them from the app numerous times as well as to the lady who got me a refund but clearly customer service is not one of their strong points.
