Mr Price send wrong information to Credit Bureau

Hi Peter, I have had a Mr Price card for a year and a month now. Ever since I started paying Mr Price last year from June, they have been sending wrong information to credit bureau that I am not paying. I have only missed 1 payment which was December 2023 because their online payment was not working on the app. But to my surprise now, on the credit score I have missed more than 10 payments. My agreement on the contract is that I will be baying on the 30th of the month and I have been doing so but they have been saying that I miss payment every 7th of the month. I have closed my account yesterday with them and I am still waiting for confirmation.
