Mr price selling torn garments

My wife took a new top to return as it had a small tear.unfornately she only noticed it today when she wanted to wear it.she went to Mr price Clearwater to return it and asked the guard if she can return it as she does not have the receipt anymore but the tags are still attached.she then picked something else and was prepared to pay the difference.aftet standing in the line for 40 minutes only to be told that cannot return the top as she does not have the receipt.i then accompanied her and asked to speak to the manager.the manager did not try to assist and was riude so I advised my wife who is a faithful customer to Mr price to do her shopping at another store as Mr price does not value you as a customer and we never had any problems returning any items.this was a wasted Sunday and I will rather go to even Edgars and shop as I know I'm not going to buy a torn garment.
