Mr Price selling contract sim cards under false presenses of giving away free sim cards.

Mid November 2019 I got a call from Mr Price, the agent said that they will be sending me a free Mr Price sim card where I will be receiving R150 airtime, failing to inform me that there are connection fees involved and that its actually a monthly R150 contract that I am signing up for. I received the sim card which I haven't used up until today, I called Mr Price Friday 17 January 2020 to have them remove the charges from my account and cancel the contract. The Contract has subsequently been cancelled but the connection fees and 1st month contract fee was not refunded. The agent purposely lead me under false pretences in order to sell me the contract. I would like the charges be reversed on my account as soon as possible.
