MR PRICE SELLING BROKEN PHONES TO CLIENTS

i Bought a new Phone from MR Price South Gate Mall and they gave me a broken phone , i had to take the phone in and within a weeks time the same problem persisted i had to take the phone in again Thandiwe Moepye Manager horrible did not want to give me Rendall Naik Surname but she is a Manger but customer service Sophie was the lady who keeps booking the phone in for the same Repair @ Ettien Opperman is this what Mr price does to clients .
