Mr Price Security Rude security

I went to Mr price In Dundee KZN, the time was 17:25 got to the door the security said We can't go in because the cashiers are done cashing up... We asked for the manager & he said he's not going to call the Manger for us... I want to know when they close at 17:30 what time do they cash up?
