Mr. Price SCANDAL

13/10/2018: I was in the Lichtenburg Mr.P store today. Went to the fitting rooms. There were 3 children playing in the very small passage inside the fitting rooms while who ever they were with, was also in a cubical. I am wearing a dress and wanted to fit on a top, which means I had to get undressed completely. I stood there in my underwear, in a closed cubical when one of the children stuck his head under, through the door while I am standing there - almost naked. I obviously opened my mouth and asked this child what he thinks he is doing & he just laughed. I got dressed immediately & left the cubical. By that time the older person with this child was also standing in the passage. I told her to control her child. I left the fitting room area. There were two female staff members standing collecting the numbers. They heard everything that happened & still just stood there - doing nothing. There are 3 things wrong with this entire situation:

1) parents must freaking control there children - but I understand that MRP is not to blame for parents in-capabilities.

2) the staff members heard & should've done SOMETHING!! Yet they were just standing there. This is NOT a joke.

3) and most important...when there is a uni*** fitting area, the doors must be closed from top to bottom and leave absolutely NO ROOM or OPPORTUNITY for someone to peep underneath while another is fitting something. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!

15/10/2018: Posted entire message above on Facebook, together with the following. I phoned on Saturday and spoke to a very nice lady! She said that she will forward the complaint to the area manager. I haven't received ant feedback yet. One will think that this is an urgent matter!

17/10/2018: I got a call from Regina, the STORE MANAGER. Not the Area manager. Regina tells me she only got this message to phone me now, today. She also said that I should've looked for her in the store, then she could've addressed the situation with the staff. BUT, the entire store must've heard me - coz I spoke really loudly about it. Besides, I tried my best to just get out of the store after standing naked in the fitting rooms and being looked at with NO control over the situation.

What just happened with Regina is unacceptable. With no disrespect towards her, but, this is a really serious situation and it's being handled extremely loosely by Mr. Price. What is the point of wanting to "address" the staff members NOW, when it happened and no one did anything. There were no control or security at the fitting rooms whatsoever. And might I just again mention the fact that the door is open at the bottom, so much so to create exactly this incident!! I am shocked!!!!!!!!!!!
