Mr price ****s

I'm very disappointed at the level of service I received from Mr price church street pmb. I bought a hoody from Mr price liberty mall. I get home an it doesn't fit me. A few hours later I head to Mr price cbd as it was the closest to my house. I get to the store I receive no help with regards to finding what I want. I then proceed to the que and I stood 15min Jus for a simple refund. As if things weren't bad enough I get to the tills an the cashier helps me fantastically. The problem begins when I need my refund she calls the manager SIZWE SISHI. He claims I cannot get my refund as I bought it the same day. That's absurd an its complete madness. In other words at Mr price a customer cannot return a item same day? Is that how they treat their customers? To top it all of the manager is ridiculously rude an ***********. I told him I will take this to hello Peter and he said I should go ahead. It's clear that Mr price managers couldnt careless about the Reputation of the brand. I'm disappointed and I'm not shopping there again. I left my money and I hope it's makes them rich.
