Mr Price ****!

Mr Price Mobile is a ****! They gave me a SIM card when I opened an account with them. Later on called me to ask me whether or not I want it activated. I agreed. They promised me free airtime but I NEVER used the Sim card. Later, I took items worth R350 but the monthly installments were R130 -150. I would go to Mr Price at West Street and Pavilion (Durban) to make payments and I would query this and they would tell me they don't know why. I continued paying via EFT. And when I thought I was done with the payments I found out I was still charged for something. When I went to Mr Price West Street, they told me that I have an account with MRP Money. I told them I didn't use the SIM card but they refused to refund me my money (more than R1000). On the call recorded, I queried that I could not hear clearly, and I asked for a page or link where I can see the details regarding MrP Money and they said they don't have any. The person that called me said this wasn't a contract and yet I was charged R100 worth of airtime monthly, for a SIM card I didn't use.
