MR Price Sandton City Are the WORST!

On Saturday 31st July 2021, I purchased some clothing from Mr Price Sandton City, when we got to the tills the lady called out card payments, I went through and scanned and swiped at the self help, the first swipe the machine showed nothing then she said swipe again, which I did and the transaction went out TWICE (R1066.32), I returned to the store the same day and asked them, the manager took down my details and said she would call me, the next day I returned to the store and was told that it only went through once, it is now the 2/08/2021 I called my bank and they advised that the transaction did in fact go through TWICE! I need my refund NOW!
