Mr Price Safety for customers

I was at Mr Price at Mall of Africa last week Thursday (29 November 2018). I tried on a pair of shoes and about 2 mins later noticed that my cell phone was missing from my handbag. I acknowledge that these things happen. However, I asked for assistance or someone to call my phone at the changing rooms and the lady just turned her back on me. I cannot believe how rude and inconsiderate your staff is. Not a single employee was willing to help me locate my phone.

I eventually found out that there are no security cameras in the store. Why??? Mr Price does not care about its customer's safety or wellbeing! You are hungry for sales etc. but cannot make your customers feel safe shopping at your store.

I went to the Vodacom store across the shop at the store, and I was the third person in two days to have a phone ******.

Mr Price, you have lost my trust and business from you. If you cannot provide me with a secure and comfortable environment to shop in, I will not shop there anymore. And I'm pretty sure those three people also feel the same way.
