MR PRICE *****s money from customers
Mr price has ****** money from me! and has given back more or less half in CREDIT.....meaning to access the money they took, I have to buy items but then I must pay installments on that credit. Bank statement claiming they reversed the left over money back to me yet they haven't. Still missing over R1k to me. Overall they took R3k from me and hasn't been dealt over a year now and they putting me in errors. Disgusting customer service. MOVE ON, DONT CONSIDER THEM FOR A GOOD CREDIT SCORE, THEY WILL FAIL YOU TERRIBLY AND PROUDLY.

MR PRICE IS ****!!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Also if you have any issues especially with money, just know they keeping it and gonna charge for you more for 'errors' with your account. What a broken credit score....select Mr Price.

03 Jun 2024, 13:11Terrible customer service. They take money that is not theirs and they won't pay you back because the insurance department doesn't have anyone working for them clearly. Dont answer their phones and the agents that do answer.....put you on hold before hanging up.
