Mr price ruining peoples credit records

So let me get this straight - I open my account, I pay you TWICE in this month and you have the audacity to make a note for non payment on my credit record? Explain to me how that is possible? My payments are always before the 1st of each month being the 22th of July, 24th of August and AGAIN on the 31st of August. Ask me how I know? Because there is a ****ing note on my record from Compuscan and Mr Price is the culprit. How dare you do this. I want to close this account ASAP.
