Mr. Price Rude and Account Problems !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi my Name is Monique,

I am now at my ends with Mr. Price regarding my account as I have been paying my account every month , unfortunately due to Covid-19 I was unable to pay my account during the lockdown period and as my work place only paid half our salaries , I then got into contact with the Accounts department explaining that I could not pay the full instalment and that I was not running away from my payments (HENSE WHY I CALLED THEM !!!!!!!!!!!! REGARDING MY ACCOUNT) AND A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE AS PER THERE RECORDED CALLS !!!!!!!! PROOF OF PAYMENTS BEEN EMAILED !!!! I then phoned today only to get told very rude that i have been handed over and she then proceeds to tell me that they dont care if its in lock down and i have been handed over , I then proceeded to ask her for the recorded phone calls and she rudely said I have been handed over and they can do that . So MR. Price I want my Statements from opening to date in two days I will be taking this further you are disgusting for ******ing money out of people that pay there account.
