Mr Price - Rude Agent

I received a call from one of the Mr Price Agent - Sthembile Dlamini at MRPrcie Money department, she was very rude I was shocked, she started of being impatient with me when I tried explaining what she is telling and what they told me in the store its two different stories, I even asked her to give me a chance to speak and she said what is the point of arguing when she is telling me what she is telling me. She then went on to say that my problem is I dont want to listen to what she is saying, at the end she dropped the phone on me. I must say I work with customers as well and that is not how you treat customer, I am very dissapointed and really worried if that is how she speaks to other customers.
