Mr Price Rosebank-pickpockets working in syndicate

Good-day,

We shopped yesterday at MR Price Rosebank. My daughters hand bag was opened and her Kindle ******. We were in the store from approximately 3pm to 4pm. My concern is the lack of security viewing the cameras, as this should have been picked up.There is only one camera at the entrance i was told.the ailses are narrow and congested. What if people are *****ing clothes in the same line we were in , then would no one be able to pick up the theft. I am very disappointed, as we shop weekly at Cresta Mr Price, this never happened. Not once we go to Rosebank this is our experience. I am going to post this matter on all social media platforms warning people what happened in your store. The isles are narrow and gets crowded, causing this issue. My daughter is so traumatised her kindle is ****** .

I tried calling the call centre and was kept on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer, but music. Very bad customer care. I am tempted to report this over all social media, as the manager and area manager were of no help and had no regard for customer care.Maybe my posts can lead to some awareness, where even a few customers dont go to that store and buy.
