Mr Price Rosebank Offline - Lingere Return now *****d (livid)

So I ordered a bodysuit online, when I went to collect it and try it on I didn't like it, so I've literally had the package opened for about 20 minutes and wanted to return the bodysuit and a few other items. Due to it bring just collected and opened they were willing obviously to take it back as it's considered underwear and then I get told by a rude smug teller that they offline and can't do my return, when I asked him so what must I do now about returning this item he just said go somewhere else to another store. This was Rosebank Mall and I live in Parkhurst so there is no other mall close by and secondly it's not my problem you're offline and inconveniencing by making this return a nightmare. Anyway, after thus guys attitude problem and with them being offline I was furious so just walked out without talking to the manager and getting a written note that they will accept a delayed return on the bodysuit only to get home, phone every number on the Web, Rosebank center management plus Mr Price Help Centre number I had and not one of them worked, they were all disconnected - so I couldn't even speak to the manager to explain the situation and to at least accept a delayed return. This all happened yesterday, sorry but today I had prior arrangements so I'll go tomorrow and know this is going to be a fight as they don't accept underwear in their return policy BUT if when I wanted to return the item when it was possible and legitimate to return it, I couldn't and had no choice to leave the store with all my purchases because MR PRICE, YOU WERE OFFLINE... SO TOMORROW WE FIGHT AND I NEVER LOOSE. So ****ed off with the whole situation that I'm returning all my clothes, the ones from my new order on the 15th, I actually am a hater and when I hate I turn my back on you so I won't be shopping at Mr Price any more.
