Mr Price Rosebank mall - Poor Customer Service and Confusion over Trading Hours

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your store today(18 March 2025) 17.30pm at Mr price Rosebank Mall. My wife and I visited your store only to be informed by a staff member that the floor was still wet and we couldn't access certain areas if I remember well the store closes at 6pm??????are we not supposed to shop or come to Mr price after 5pm???? which contradicts the clearly displayed trading hours at your store. Your staff member “Kagiso” is rushing to finish cleaning and go home, clearly there isn’t time for us people who knock off at 5???

When we brought this to the attention of the manager, the staff member denied making any such statement and became defensive and argumentative she couldn’t even apologise!!!! Poor manager who really tried his best to assist us but Kagiso was not even barging to listen to the manager’s orders!

As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. It is unacceptable for a staff member to prioritize cleaning over assisting customers, especially when the store is supposed to be open. Furthermore, the lack of accountability and refusal to apologize by the staff member was appalling.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a clear explanation regarding your store's trading hours and policies. I would also like to know what measures will be taken to address the poor customer service and ensure that customers are treated with respect and dignity in the future.
