Mr Price Rosebank Mall!!!!

Called the call center to cancel my account, spoke to like 4 agents who sounded very sleepy and not interested to assist. Was transferred from pillar to post and eventually one agent said I must go to the nearest brach

I went to Rosebank mall, 2 times this week and I was told the person who can assist me with cancelation is on lunch. I went again today and spoke to Hilda who seemed clueless of the cancelation procedure. She started by saying she will look for forms which she didn't find and tried calling the "canellation lady" that's forever on lunch which was still on lunch.

Hilda further advised me I must send a WhatsApp to their number as it seems like they no longer cancel in store and can't find cancelation forms. I won't be liable to pay any interested charged this month as the process was delayed by you!!!!
