Mr price riverside mall nelspruit bad service

I bought my pregnant wife some underwear. Unfortunately I got it all wrong. Its 2 sizes too small. She never fitted the underwear. Obviously of the 2 sizes to small. I explained to the cashier and they refuse to exchange the underwear even if I explained that se didn't even fit It because is way too small. I understand you don't refund underwear but sometimes you need to compromise with the customers situation. Unfortunately you lost me as a customer. Will not support you again.
