Mr Price Retrenchment claim - not processed or looked at for months
<p>I've submitted an insurance claim to Mr Price after being retrenched in Feb last year. I've sent through documentation and have heard nothing since. I have been paying my account from my own pocket since. Insurance was taken out for this very reason, FOR YOU TO COVER MY ACCOUNT WHEN I CAN NO LONGER DO SO! After numourous emails i get no reply. My claim is ignored, my payments still taken but my credit stopped. PLEASE PROCESS MY CLAIM as this is what i paid for and reimburse what I've paid so far.</p> <p> </p> <p>Andrea</p>

My response:
This form was never completed by myself as I did not receive it after requesting which documents I need to complete. How would I have known to complete this if it was never recieved? After me sending numerous emails following up on this, no one rep**** to me stating that this needs to completed. Not one reply! This is the 1st time I've seen this form. Are there any other forms I'm unaware of and have you received all my other documents I've sent months ago!
So please do not send me a snottty email response after 4 months, with no signature as to whom I am dealing with. This is unacceptable!
Can someone please have the decency to contact me via telephone and not send me an anonymous email.
