Mr Price refusing to cancel phone contract.
I was called last week by Mr Price mobile to sell Vodacom airtime and data. I was informed there is a cooling off period ,should I want to cancel. I initially wanted to take time to think about the purchase, however the seller was persistent. On Sunday the 10th the airtime was not put on my phone ,so I called Vodacom to cancel on Monday 11th Nov.I was told to cancel with Mr Price ,which I did. The person at cancellations was rude because she thought it was a parcel, and dropped the phone in my ear,as I also said I would not accept a parcel. I was thinking,I will not use the airtime, which I did not. Cancellation number sounded like CRS6EIE07,it could be missing a digit,as she was impatient and abrupt. This contract has still not been cancelled. If you retrieve the call, you will hear that I did want to think about it,but was pressured into saying yes. I do not want this contract. You can take back the airtime and data.
