Mr Price refusing refund for Capitec clients

On the 31st I've made a purchase with my debit card and I was charged twice... I wz't back to the store to request a refund as both transactions are reflecting on my back statement which they requested... After calling their bank Absa they advised they can't do a refund for Capitec clients it needs to be done by my bank.... Went to bank and the can't assist either as the funds are already in Mr Account which is with Absa bank... Both my bank capitec and Mr are sending be back and forth and neither can help me....
