Mr price refusing refund

Very disappointed with your services, I did an online order on Tuesday with my account, got a sms saying that it was placed ,but when I checked the app ,the order doesn't appear I msgd mr price on fb and you guys said that I would have the refund back in my account, still nothing ..its Thursday...you should've done the refund back to my p money long ago already items I needed sold out while I wait for your *********** useless assistance. It's easy to take the money but not return it ,all items will eventually be sold out
